Production Description
PP resin, created through Ziegler-Natta catalyzed polymerization, offers unique combinations of stiffness and toughness. The thermoplastic's non-polar crystalline domains provide oil/chemical resistance while maintaining processability between 160-170°C. Its higher service temperature (vs. PE) and FDA-compliance make it preferred for packaging and automotive components.
