Production Description
PP exhibits semi-crystalline behavior with high-impact resilience, structural integrity, and organic/acid-base resistance. Applied across industries including Australian coin manufacturing. Optimized via glass fibers (30% yields 0.7% shrinkage), metal additives, or rubber modifications. MFR 1-40 inversely links impact tolerance to tensile strength, copolymers outperforming homopolymers. Despite 1.8-2.5% crystalline shrinkage, directional consistency exceeds HDPE standards.
